ABNB Logistics takes pride in your safety and we feel you should as well.
Safety is a priority for everyone and should be taken seriously, especially when you are working; as a truck driver, you have to take many precautions while running a load, for yourself, the people around you, and the cargo you are moving.
There are several ways you could prevent accidents and other such things.
For example, when you sleep the required amount when you have a long run you are doing, you must sleep the required 7-8 hours for a normal working human being, because it is very dangerous to drive while drowsy as its a very common among truck drivers to not get enough sleep because they are on a tight schedule to deliver. As a truck driver as well, you should take breaks during runs to eat and rest for a bit; we highly recommend that you rest around 25-35 minutes.
You should always obey traffic signals and signs as well as the speed limit in the area you are in to evade any type of problem.
For your safety and for others, you should always check your cargo to see if it’s strapped incorrectly and if it’s for your type of equipment. At our truck dispatch, we will make sure that you have the correct cargo for the type of truck you have so you don’t damage your truck.
You should never have on hand your cellphone; you should always have your eyes on the road to prevent any types of accidents of any kind.
